I think what often works for me is switching proton, but it’s something specific - I think it’s set the proton to one that works in desktop then change it to a different proton, but don’t test it and it works in game mode. I forget where I got that.

Because I didn’t know about them. Thanks, I’ll take a look. Any best suggestions?
