Oh, i love watching logs scroll down the screen. tail -f is one the commands i have the highest regards for.

There may be lots of log files, each logging the current page being archived. But looking at those logs scroll down isn’t really that thrilling.

Unless they made the effort of parsing those logs and building a frontend for the sake of data is beautiful.

I loved to do this kind of stuff when i was younger. Especially this kind of OS interactions. It actually gave me a lot of experience and helped a lot in my job, where i have to find solutions out of the norm.

It’s really just drag and drop. I always drop the album folder, with all mp3s and then edit all with correct meta information, album cover etc, if needed.

Edit: you have to do this, in order to add them to the itunes/music library. It actually makes copies of the mp3s in the library folder iirc.

It doesn’t even look for music on the hard drive, that’s why it has to be added to the music library.

Mr. Reen deserves better, what a sad outcome. I am one that should always have someone helping me write anything official, because i can clearly see myself naively writing myself into disaster, just like he did. I tend to see things rather dramatically and if i put myself in his position, i would have panicked and would want to make very clear the danger of taking the vaccine in the statement.

That’s why it’s important to at least try to never panic, it’s detrimental to any action you are supposed to take in that moment.
